Thank you for getting my order delivered, however, since I was not able to attend the viewing I did not see the flowers in person. I wish there was a way to have gotten a picture of the actual arrangement when delivered to the funeral site. Especially since there was a $20 dollar added service fee I never had imposed on me as a customer in any florist service here in California or Nevada.

When I saw the name on the arrangement I knew this was "the one" for my friends wife's memorial service! They would often walk along the ocean together, and sit and talk in the afternoons. It was their special time. It arrangement was astonishingly beautiful! Thank you so much! Ken Johnson

The arrangement was pretty, but not as big as anticipated. The custom ribbon is just a hand written ribbon....nothing special. Next time I would purchase from a different florist because the other arrangements purchases were larger and the flowers looked healthier.

I wasn’t able to attend the service so I didn’t see it in person, but my relatives were very appreciative and sent me a photo. It was a beautiful arrangement, especially for the price. Also, knowing when it was delivered was extremely helpful. It was comforting to know that it got there at the right place and time. Great product and service.

Because it was so late when I ordered it, all the local florists were closed. Sympathy Store contacted me and suggested they deliver to the family's home the day after the funeral. Since a spray wasn't appropriate for a home, we changed it to a living plant. I asked them to keep the same approximate price and they did. Although there wasn't a single plant for this price, they sent 3 separate plants. They were lovely and appreciated by the family. Thank you for going the extra mile.

Wanted to leave a brief comment about the arrangement that was made for my uncles viewing. The family really loved these along with the casket spray. They were very beautiful. I really appreciate the effort that was made it was last min ordered my uncle died in Florida so we didn't have much time. I cant say thank you enough.

all flowers were wilted when I saw the arrangement at 10:00 a.m. on Wed. I was very disappointed. Many people commented on the flowers being wilted already. Very embarrassing. I wish you would reduce the price as I do not think it was worth what I paid.

This floral arrangement was beyond what I would have imagined. The flowers were fresh, and exactly as pictured in the online shop. It was so easy and convenient to purchase funeral flowers this way. I am actually speechless as to how pleased we were. Thank you for your assistance in a stressful situation. I don't think you can ever be prepared for the death of a loved one. When this was delivered for the viewing day it was beautiful however, all of the blue flowers in the middle completely wilted by the next day's funeral. It is summer here but having them wilted at the funeral was a little embarrassing. Maybe those flowers are too delicate since the white flowers were ok.

I expected my order to be delivered the day of the funeral and to my surprise it was actually delivered during the visitation..... Which was great! I was pleased with how beautiful the arrangement was and that I ordered it at 5pm on a Saturday and it was at the funeral home when I arrived Sunday at 1pm. I did not get the confirmation via email until Tuesday for some reason. Ordering was a pleasant experience that took stress off of me since is was super convenient to order.

It's hard to know what to send and flowers don't even seem to be enough. But this really was gorgeous and looked just like the photo. It brought some beauty to a tough time.

I have sent this arrangemet two times for different funerals. Both times the families commented on how beautiful the arrangement was. I would send this again.
