Due to COVID-19 and living across country, I was unable to attend my Uncles Services, thus the reason to send Flowers. I was not only impressed with the arrangement of the Standing Spray but it was delivered expediently and was exactly as advertised. The price was reasonable and the customer service was empathetic and professional. The use of their website was easy and I was happy to see that BOZA & ROEL funeral home service provided live streaming of the services at no extra cost to the family for those who were unable to attend. What a pleasant surprise that was. I would definitely recommend The Sympathy Store as well as THE BOZA & ROEL FUNERAL HOME SERVICES.

This spray was VERY sparse. Not full as in the photo on line. The greenery was the main part of the arrangement. It was embarrassing to see this in the funeral home. Maybe one rose, if that. Didn't see any lilies, not even a bud. Just a sprinkling of small carnations, which is basically a cheap flower. No, I do not appreciate being treated this way, cheated. I assume that the florist takes a chance on the sender never seeing the arrangement...thankfully the receiver DID NOT!

I ordered this for a friend's Memorial Service. It was to be delivered on 1/9/2020, the day of the service. I received an email telling me that it was being delivered a few days earlier for the "Viewing". That was an unexpected surprise as there was no word of a viewing from the family. So, I wondered what condition the arrangement would be in on the day of the memorial service. They were still lovely and as I had ordered for message and wording on the ribbon. Members of our group thought they were lovely too. So, all turned out well.

Funeeral of Selwyn O. Johnson on January 7, 2020 Sentiments of Serenity Spray was a beautiful arrangement. The only issue to report the program for the deceased was distributed on the day of the funeral and the family had requested no flowal arrangements. It was too late to change or cancel this order. We would have abided by the family's request.

I ordered the "Serenity Spray" a day before the wake/rosary that I would be attending, and it was delivered the "day of" just like I ordered and just like they promised, and they did! I walked in and it basically stood out even thou all the flowers are all white, because it's just so beautiful to look at! You can't go wrong, whether it's for a female/male, it's very classy! P.S. The Serenity Spray that I ordered for a funeral out of town was delivered on time and looked just as lovely in the photo taken by my relative as it did online. I appreciate the variety of comment suggestions that were available to add to the card. I used one and added another short sentence. I highly recommend this floral service. It made a difficult task much easier. The variety of flower and plant choices and price range makes it a very good source for any budget.

We live in Florida and our Uncle's funeral was in Louisiana. We were not able to attend his funeral, however, the family told us the Sentiments of Serenity Spray was absolutely beautiful.
