When I purchased this, it was labeled as $92 and change, my credit card statement indicates the charge was over $120 --this was surprising and confusing. Perhaps I missed where the delivery charged was shown.

Thanks for your E-Mail wanting to know how I liked my order. first of all, I have not seen the arraignment, I ordered it for a funeral, which I have not attendend as yet. And I have not had any interaction from the Sympathany store this must be a third party business. As for recommendations ? This is yet to be seen..

I would have been thrilled if it arrived as pictured. However, the flowers were not open and there were fewer roses than shown. Also, I hated the pot that was substituted for the one shown. It was plain and too large for the arrangement. My family was very disappointed.

The flowers were simply beautiful and I was very pleased with the arrangement. The light and dark pink flowers were a perfect blend. The arrangement was delivered as promised.

Pretty pink bouquet in an attractive vase. I sent the Premium version, which was a bit smaller than I had envisioned, but still a lovely arrangement. Ordered in morning, delivered by 2pm.

The bouquet was lovely. It was exactly what I ordered and the flowers were fresh and smelled wonderful. I took a picture and if I could upload it, my comments would be supported . I was also pleasantly surprised and happy that my order I placed on Saturday made the viewing the next day... thank you very much for caring so much to make my order perfect... Carolyn J

The Sympathy Store made it so easy to choose just the right flower arrangement, especially being out of state. Having pictures and search criteria made it a very easy to make a purchase. I was so impressed...and grateful that I did not have to call a florist and try to explain what I wanted. The flowers were very much appreciated by the family and I was even sent a picture of the actual bouquet when she got them home to enjoy after the service. Thanks again! A member of family sent a picture he had taken of arrangement. They were even lovelier than the website picture. Pink was the loved one's favorite color and they did her proud.
