Ordered a bouquet in am and was promised same-day delivery. Later in the day received an e-mail they did not have the bouquet I ordered so substituted it. I never have seen or was asked for another choice. The flowers were never delivered that day and I had to e-mail several times the next day to find out if they were delivered. I have never ordered flowers for a death and was upset that this went this way. ONE MORE KICK IN THE BEHIND, THEY FELT BAD AND BETWEEN THE AMOUNT OF THE FLOWERS AND ALL THE SERVICES CHARGES THE BILL WAS $95 THEY THOUGHT THEY DID ME A FAVOR AND CREDITED ME $5 THEY COULD HAVE SHOVED IT UP THEIR ASS! SO TO SUM IT UP WRONG FLOWERS, WHICH I HAD NO CHOICE IN PICKING OUT AND DELIVERED A DAY LATE! I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM SYMPATHY STORE AGAIN WILL GO ELSEWHERE!

When they were unable to supply the arrangement I ordered they notified me with an offer to upgrade it. I agreed, and I'm told the arrangement was very pretty (I was unable to see it at the funeral service). I am completely satisfied with their service.

I chose the Florist Choice Bouquet because I was unsure what specific arrangement to choose for a funeral. I wasn't disappointed because the florist put a beautifully colored arrangement together that the recipient's family really loved!

The funeral that I purchased these flowers for was a big name in the floral industry. Quality Flowers were essential. The flowers that had my name on them were a horrible embarrassment I apologized to the family and explained that I ordered the flowers through the link on the funeral home website. I’m not able to spend a lot of money and purchased a small floral arrangement. I expected small, not the beat up left overs

I loved the arrangement of beautiful flowers. It was well worth the price and I picked the deluxe. The flowers were in a beautiful gold basket with roses, gerbera daisies, hydrangea and other beautiful flowers and fillers. I am glad I let the florist pick the flowers and arrangement. Thank you.

Unfortunately I have no idea what the bouquet looked like, I live in Arizona and I wouldn't dare ask the family how Uncle Frank's flowers looked at the visitation. Must say it was very easy ordering. Just hope they actually received the flowers and that they looked good.

It was a beautiful arrangement with pretty fall colors. The flowers were so pretty. It added a lot for our service.

I am extremely happy with the Florist Choice Bouquet that was sent for a funeral. It was beautiful and unique - so much so the family decided to take it home and not donate it to the nursing home and hospital where the rest of the flowers were going to be sent (so others could enjoy their beauty also). I will definitely purchase this again for any future needs.

It was a beautiful bouquet, I am more than satisfied. The florist has talent that's for sure and it also goes to show that you don't have to spend a ton of money on a huge bouquet of flowers to have something look very nice and amazingly thoughtful!! I will use this selection again!!

I wasn't sure what a florist would choose, but turned out to be one of the nicest arrangements I could imagine. Price for the bouquet was low, but did ot like the $19.95 delivery charge. I hadn't ordered flowers in a long time, so guess that is the going rate.

Since I picked Florist Choice, I wasn't sure what it would look like at all. But it was very tasteful, the vase was beautiful and the family even mentioned how lovely it was! I will definitely always let the florist pick from now on! One suggestion: since I wasn't able to attend the service, only send flowers, I never knew what it looked like. Luckily, the family took a photo for me. It would be nice to see what the finished product looks like. :)

As a former floral arranger I know some of the best designs are made from the imagination and expertise of the florist themselves. Although we were not able to attend the funeral service we depended on family and friends to tell us about what was sent. They indicated it was a very nice arrangement. It would be nice, if in the future, you could take an iphone photo of the arrangement and include the photo with the bill.

The premium florist choice flowers were beautiful, and there were many nice compliments on the arrangement. Unfortunately, the flowers were starting to wilt by the second day which was a little disappointing. The bouquet was stunning when delivered, though.

I was unable to get out to my local florist. After reviewing the online obituary for my friend's grandmother's funeral, there was a link for your service. I went to it, decided it was what I could use and before I knew it, I had placed the order and was done. Very, very user friendly! It took a few minutes to place the order.
