I spent the $52.95 plus $20.00 service fee for the Sweet Tenderness. When I saw the flowers in person, it was extremely small bouquet. Way too much money. I could have gone to a grocery store and bought something better than this for less money. Won't be ordering on line anymore.

This was strictly a long-distance purchase; I had to trust this company since I'm about 3000 miles away from them. My family reported that the flowers were beautiful. The Sympathy Store kept me informed of delivery date, etc. The date had to be changed to accord with the family's schedule; yet I was kept informed and the flowers were delivered as they said they would be. I called the 800 number to confirm they had for sure been delivered. The phone representative was very pleasant and assuring. Over all, this was an excellent dependable service. Thank You.
