After my neighbor had a loss in the family, I wanted to support them, and was out on the day they were having the viewing/service and was thrilled to have the option right there on the obituary for this service and even more excited when I called and they assisted me with the planter purchase. The only downside was the amount of characters for the 'card', yet makes sense with this and was able to share the longer sentiment on the "wall" that the family was able to print and have.

Our friend showed me the plant that I sent to them via the Sympathy Store . I have done my share of buying and sending flowers via TeleFlowers or ProFlowers and the flowers were not always the freshest. To be safe, I ordered potted plant instead. I am very satisfied with how they used a heavy ceramic pot and the plants were beautiful and strong-looking, just like in the picture. I highly recommend the store.

Was under the impression that this plant was much larger and the picture showed this to be in a ceramic pot and it showed up to be in basket, which is cheaper looking, and there was definitely not all the plants that is showed in picture, it appeared that it was supposed to have 4-5 different plants in it yet, there was only 2 main plants and the leaves were even showing brown areas, we all chipped in from work to get a nice plant for our friends father and were very disappointed, and even embarrassed with the plant that came, the card that was on the plant looked bigger than the actual plant. We will not be ordering again.
