Hazel Addie (DeVoll) Moses, age 75 of Knoxville passed away Friday evening, November 18, 2016, at the Accura Care Center in Knoxville. Visitation for Hazel will be held from 1:00 P.M. to 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at the Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville, with Hazel’s family present. A funeral service for Hazel will be held at 2:30 P.M. Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at the Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville. A private family burial will be held at a later date at the Zion Cemetery in Pershing. Hazel is survived by her husband of 49 years Edward Moses; their children, Jonathan Moses of Ames, Edward Moses III of Ames, Angeleen Geddes and husband John of Osceola, Susan Daniels and husband Steven of Story City, and Mallika Freeman and husband Alan of St. Charles, Missouri; and four grandchildren, Caleb Geddes, Emily Geddes, Emma Freeman and Rachel Freeman. Hazel is also survived by her sister Mary Elizabeth Wallace of Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents Lawrence and Veda DeVoll; one brother William DeVoll, and two sisters, Anna Mae DeVoll and Sandra Riseley.
