I was not able to be present at the funeral and did not see the flowers, however I know they were appreciated. I really was glad to be able to work with the sympathy store to accomplish my goal. they made it very easy, and worry free, confirming the details and making the delivery go smoothly is what I really needed. when I called to follow up a couple days later, they knew who I was, when the delivery would occur, a confirmation on availability, everything. I recommend them highly.

I was at the funeral home the day the flowers were delivered which was the same night as the visitation. While the flowers were delivered on time, the arrangement did not look fresh and the flowers looked dry.

There was no banner for "sister" very disappointing as no way to go back and change. Also the leaves were black - green in the picture. People asked if they were dead!

I was delighted with the funeral home providing the display of the Lavender Reflections Spray for the Visitation on Sunday October 20, as well as at the funeral service at the Mooreland church on Monday, October 21. This is the complete service that I really wanted when I ordered the flowers using the Sympathy Store service, but your online description of this service was not clear. It just said that the flowers would be delivered to the church.

Over the last 5 years, I've had to order many arrangements for funerals of lost loved ones. I have been disappointed every time; except this time. The arrangement I purchased was delivered on time and was an amazingly beautiful one. Everyone commented about how full and colorful it was. It was exactly as pictured. Thank you for making this difficult time less so with delivering a wonderful arrangement for my family.

I ordered this for my Aunt/God Mothers Funeral and was beyond words on how beautiful this was - I was hesitant to order - not knowing what I would get but time was of the essence and I had to make a decision and I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this beautiful spray arrangement - purple was one of her favorite colors and this represented her so very beautifully - thank you so much for going above and beyond my expectations for a woman who deserved nothing but the best!!

The ease of access was acceptable but I was disappointed with the substitution; particularly considering how costly the arrangement was. The majority of colors in the spray I ordered were lavender/purple but I was notified of the need for a substitution. The flowers in that arrangement were mainly pink, which was not at all what I'd wanted.

Wasn't quite as full as the display photo and the Ribbon I ordered was not on it or included. It was only $2, but still... There was no interactions with store team, everything was done online. Flowers sent to Favorite Aunt's passing. I could not attend but received a few photos from family members.

I asked for a personalized ribbon on the flowers and it did not come with it. Additionally, the card left out a word on it... It was supposed to say...the most beautiful flower in God's garden and they left out the word flower. Otherwise the Spray was lovely and arrived on time, etc.

the arrangement was not as full as it appears in picture. Also, the gladioli were not open. I went by the cemetery today and they are open now, 2 days after the service. It would have much prettier if the gladioli were open when they were delivered

Hands down the best flower service i have ever worked with. My order was not able to be completed because the florist neglected to tell Sympathy that they were closed on Presidents Day. Sympathy went the extra mile, called me before the viewing & service to explain everything. Immediately offered me not only a full refund (without asking) but having a basket of equal value and design created and sent to the families home address. I did not have to do ANYTHING!!! They were hands down the BEST and during a time of grief and morning, they really made me feel important. Thank you Sympathy Store!!

Ordered on Sunday afternoon the day before the service which was at noon on Monday. Was told delivery couldn't be guaranteed before 11AM but was assured it would arrive before the service. The spray was delivered a little before 11AM so was very happy with that and the fact they kept their word about delivery. It was very pretty. I was afraid it wouldn't look as nice as the the one in the photo but it did - maybe better. I was completely satisfied with it. Had not ordered from The Sympathy Store before but would to do it again.
