My coworker and his wife drove for two days to be with his mom before she died. I wanted them to know that we were with them in spirit, so I decided to try the floral service offered on a website attached to the obituary. The flowers arrived right on time, and they were really lovely! My coworker's wife sent a photo - the flowers were a little different (bright roses instead of daisies, for example) but the overall effect was the same. Very lovely. Thank you!

While away from home in NYC, I ordered these flowers about 3 am on Sunday, Oct 13th BECAUSE the website said they WOULD be delivered by the 5 pm Visitation. They were not delivered until before the 10 am Mass on Monday. Investigation found this national service does not require their florists to submit seasonal changes in hours of service. Don't count on them. Going back to Flowersforyou.com

I was very pleased with the Country Basket Blooms. It was a good choice. The photo online didn't show roses. Was pleased that there were roses in the arrangement. The snapdragons made it quite nice/different! Even though some of the flowers were different, the color scheme was the same. The only negative would be the price, but then you get what you pay for. I ordered the medium priced basket, but with delivery, it was almost $100!! This basket was top-notch!!

The flowers for our family member's service were pretty from the photo that I received with the attached card hand written. The process for making the order was easily done. The response to my call to the vendor about a question was quickly answered. The MOST NEEDED ADDITION to this ordering site is to know up front that there will be a $19.95 additional charge when choosing flowers rather than having to find it out at the final billing. This required almost a complete repeat of the process. Also, a photo of the "Standard" basket should be on the site. Our "standard choice" flowers appeared nice, but in a much smaller basket with no blue flowers, only red and pink (a bit reminiscent of Valentines Day less than a week previous). Per a relative's message, two of the family members commented on how nice the flowers looked.

The floral arrangement did not arrive at the funeral home prior to the start of visitation as promised. It did supposedly arrive over an hour later. Not sure if it was ever put out during visitation, as we left, after fifty minutes. I called the Sympathy Store the next morning, and the person I spoke with was very nice and super concerned about the issue. Her database indicated that the flowers were delivered two hours before the visitation started, but after drilling down, the outcome was that the florist delivered them an hour after visitation started. She called the funeral director to confirm that they had the flowers for the service later that day. Prior to the funeral service one of the family members said that the flowers we ordered were beautiful. We were refunded about 15% of the purchase price due to the late delivery.

I simply followed the information furnished on the website for Corey-Kerlin Mortuary which directed me to your location. I was not able to attend the funeral but heard that the flower basket I sent was beautiful.
