The arrangement was beautiful. I had people come up to me and tell me they thought the purples were perfect and I loved the angel. Wasn't like the picture but it was still nice and definitely an angel which my cousin was.

The picture does not do this arrangement justice. The colors are so vibrant, very bright purple and pink. It was absolutely gorgeous. The angel was beautiful and a very nice size. It will be a nice keepsake for the family.

I was extremely disappointed in the arrangement. The picture showed it with an angel - but the figure was of Mary. My friend, the deceased, collected angels. Additionally, for the price we paid, it was very small and lost among other arrangements. And there is no "do over" with a funeral.

This order was very disappointing. I would like a refund or at least a discount. I ordered another bouquet which was a lot less and was beautiful. Not sure why the difference but when you are trying to honor a loved one it is very sad to be disappointed like this. I don't usually complain but this was extremely BAD and embarassing.

I will have to rate You a 3 diamond as far as recommending You. I give the store team a 4 diamond. I was not satisfied with the size of the bouquet for a premium. I have purchased other premium flowers that were much bigger. I would hate to see what the small would have looked like. Very disappointed with this purchase. It was pretty but not worth a hundred dollars.

I have not seen the arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home; however, I was disappointed the florist did not have the angel in stock that sits in the middle of the arrangement. They substituted a cross which was okay but I really wanted the angel for my cousins to take home with them in remembrance of their daughter.

Why is it necessary for you to spring an additional $19.95, at the end of the order, for a service fee? The arrangement could be bought at most florist's for about $60.00. You charge, basically $80.00. Seems to be just one more example of greed to me.

I understand from the recipient that the bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The only little 'glitch' I experienced was that I did not receive notification that the order had been delivered until after two calls to check on status and did not get notified until late the morning after the scheduled delivery date. I actually heard from the recipient before I received confirmation that my order was delivered. I've ordered from the Sympathy Store before and I would definitely recommend to others. Overall a good experience. Thank you!

I always worry when I order flowers online but since I live an hour away and I was unable to get there in person, I went ahead and ordered this. I ordered Beautiful Heart Bouquet for my sister's funeral and to say the least it was anything but beautiful. Her favorite color is purple and there was not one purple flower in it, the big purple shoots that are on each side of the angle were practically bare with only a few small pink flowers that loomed wilted as some of the other flowers did as well. I was shocked that they would even deliver such a mess, even alot of others at the Funeral Home said commented how bad they looked, so how do you suppose I felt. I called the Sympathy Store and sent them a picture of the ones that were delivered and was told they were up done to the best they could be and only refunded me $19.95 for the delivery charges. I should have been contacted if they couldn't do it according to the photo they advertised. So,so so disappointed.

I chose this one because it had an angel figure they could keep after the flowers were gone.FYI, though, angels in the Bible were male, not female. If this were the item that was sent it would have been fine but in fact what was sent were odds and ends of what looked like left over flowers and it did not contain the Madonna but a heart - the flowers wilted by the second day and it was embarrassing for us the senders.
