This floral display was exactly as pictured,and delivered when promised. The "Grandpa" ribbon was nice too. And the flowers were greatly appreciated by the family. My only suggestion would be to include the additional fees (taxes, service fee, ribbon cost) on the initial ordering page instead of keeping these costs secret until placing the order...the more than $50 additional cost was an unpleasant surprise.

The strength and solace spray arrived on schedule. It was pretty much as pictured according to a colleague at the viewing and my spouse at the service. I did not see it myself, but they said there were three there just like it so it must have been pretty true to form. Although I did not get the order that I requested, I did get something similar. I wanted RED flowers like in this picture, but there were none...only white. And the beautiful clipped palm frons in this picture were also replaced with just long stems of green. For the cost, I would have thought they would have gotten it right. But what they did send was nice, just not what I asked for. RED was the deceased's favorite color, and she was a water person, who loved Hawaii...thus the clipped palms and red flowers would have been nice.

I had ordered for the funeral of an avid Nebraska football fan (GO BIG RED) so I was a little disappointed to find the bouquet was more white than red. Delivery was scheduled for 11 AM visitation. Notice of delivery should have been prior to that time, but instead it was sent at 3:32 PM that day. I was not at service. A picture should have been sent to me so I could fairly judge the spray for this review.

I am placing this product review to help others that are making selections on this site. "Buyers beware" and read the fine print, unfortunately I didn't. This company will allow an equivalent arrangement substitution if they do not have what you order. They don't cancel your order or refund your money so that you can reach out to other florist, they give you what they have available at the same price. If this is acceptable to you then by all means utilize The Sympathy Store. If you want to feel that you are being take care of during your time of bereavement then I would suggest that you shop wisely.
