I appreciate, too, that, when the provider florist apparently found out when the memorial was, delivery was postponed for a week, so it could be at the funeral home for the service, whenever it was, and that I was notified about this.

I was a little embarrassed when I went to my cousins funeral and saw the flowers that I had paid $150.00 for. Most of the flowers were drooping and brown. It was such a sparse spray of flowers. It could easily have even been done up with more greens if the flowers were the issue. My 4 year old granddaughter would have had done a better job of it. While the tribute spray was nice, I’m bothered the wording on the ribbon was not visible. Gold bland lettering was used and you could not even tell because it appeared camouflaged. Also the ribbon with the lettering was put on the bottom and the blank ribbon strands were on top. As if hidden. This really bothered me because of the price, I expected better service.

This was super easy and very friendly for the grief-stricken last minute buyer. Namely, me.
I placed the order, on my phone, the morning of the evening service. As promised it was there well before the start, in all it's splashy bright pink glory. An explosion of love as expressed in flowers.
If I could have left a tip for the angel that put it together, and ensured it's arrival - I would. Kudos to whoever made this feature possible so those of us out of town can still, in some way, show up for our loved ones, as we grieve and say our final goodbyes. Logistics matter.
We're too far away to be able to attend the service. And hurricane Ida is making herself known.
So this was our proxy. It was a way we could pay our respects, share our grief with our family, and bridge the distance made greater by the pandemic and hurricane season.

The arrangement wasn't as full as this one is so it looked rather flat, and I added a personalized ribbon that said Grandmother, I was put off because the grandmother was stapled onto the ribbon, But all in all it was pretty just not like the photo. I would order again only because it was easy and when your grieving things should be as easy as can be. I just hope the update the way the ribbons are labeled, glue would have been better than staples.

We are both very disappointed with the process of getting the spray delivered as well as the appearance. We paid $114.00 plus s&h taxes for about 18 carnations with barely any greenery, that is a bit steep for just carnations. We understand that some flowers might be limited, but you do have a guarantee to at least satisfy. After all the confusion, lost or misplacement, and emails from your store making false statements that the order had been delivered for the viewing, we had hoped for a beautiful spray. Instead we saw a very bare looking spray to honor our mother. There are no do overs in the situation. We do hope you see that we get refunded. If need be, I do have a picture of we received.
