Although they were pretty, the basket was VERY SMALL and I was very embarrassed. Lesson learned, do not order the standard size. It was the smallest at the funeral home. :(

We had spent a fair bit of time perusing the different arrangements before we decided on the Sweet Tranquility Basket. We were drawn to it for its simplicity, the flowers utilized and their soft, soothing colours, the somewhat casual country appeal of the arrangement, and its compactness. Sadly, the arrangement delivered scarcely resembled the one pictured on the ordering site in either composition or flowers used. The arrangement was heavy on its use of white daisy mums and white stock. Only 2 yellow roses were used. Red roses were substituted for the coral ones pictured, and half of those were drooping. Only 2 pink zinnias were used. A small dark purple mum-like flower, also not in the online picture, was introduced. Green pin cushion mums were present in 2 clumps rather than woven throughout. Pedestrian leather fern was used, also not in the online picture. While convenient for ordering, and delivered in the timeline required, the arrangement itself fell sadly short.

The flowers were very pretty. The basket and flowers was smaller than I expected especially for the price. I did like the convenience of ordering directly through funeral home website. They were ordered the day before and arrived on time the next day. Overall, I was pleased.

This arrangement was beautiful and very fresh. However it was not exactly as pictured. Mine was in a box, not a basket and it was more crowded/stuffed. All of the flowers were minuture and there were many more than what the photo shows. Still nice but the minute I saw the arrangement I said to myself "That is not what I ordered".

Flowers looked OK. Was disappointed they were delivered the day before. Should have been made fresh morning of funeral and delivered 30 minutes prior to viewing. Don't care what time of the day things are scheduled. There was no veteran thyme related floral arrangements available in the $50 to $100 price range.

I was so upset and totally embarrassed by the basket of flowers that were delivered under my name. It was somewhat similar to the picture of flowers that I ordered, but probably 1/3 of the size as presented in the picture. I paid $100 for the largest version of the Sweet Tranquility Basket to be delivered and it looked like something I could have bought at the Kroger florist for $30. A total rip off!

Overall, this was a beautiful basket with wonderful colors. The size of the basket was a bit smaller than I expected, especially for the price. The family remembered that basket because of the colors.

The basket was lovely. It was the perfect size for the service and to go home with the family. It was difficult to choose flowers for a service for a young teen aged boy, this basket was perfect. The delivery was on time just as promised and using the Sympathy Store was affordable and I was grateful to be able to order flowers without having to call and talk to a florist shop during this difficult time.

I did not have a chance to see the finished basket , for I am miles away, but the experience was pleasant. My name was misspelled at first, there was a bad reception on the phone. When I noticed the mistake in the posting I called to correct it and it was corrected on the delivery card.
