Excellent service and flowers. I live out of town so had no choice but order from a town florist. I am extremely happy with the service and the flowers themselves were in excellent condition. They arrived on time and were expertly arranged like the photo. I will definitely use this florist Everytime I need flowers.

We were unable to attend the service and viewing, however our son and daughter were there. They let us know how beautiful the basket was and how the family appreciated the arrangement honoring their loved one. I would use this service again without hesitation.

The flower basket that was brought to the funeral home in Holly, Mi. Was at least three or for days old. They were wilted to the point that some were dryer brown on the tips of the flower. I paid over a hundred dollars for this basket of recycled flowers. The order came from Southfield Mi. Which is about 35 miles away. This was ordered from the funeral homes sympathy store. Somebody is getting rich selling recycled flowers! TOTALLY UNSATISFIED!

I ordered the premium basket full of wishes for my Aunt's memorial service. I was not able to attend but my sister did and said they were beautiful. She sent me a photo and they were just like the one online. I was impressed with the communication from the Sympathy Store. The flowers were delivered on time and they emailed me to assure me they received them in time for her service.

I order the basket full of wishes, my card was on some other arrangement. That was not the time to complain about my order. I seen the basket, but no with my name.It showed some small basket. Our family lives in Virginia and we wanted to send some pretty flowers to my Aunt Ann that had passed away in New Jersey and the Sympathy Store helped us do this in a very effective way. We did not actually see the flowers but with the updates we received from the Sympathy Store we new just when they were delivered and this help us a great deal. Thank you so much!

Totally disappointed. The tiny basket of pink flowers (if indeed that was my order) was so tiny I could hold it in one hand. Not a Basket Full. Not happy at all. I went to the cemetery to try to figure out which floral arrangement was from me, all tags were gone. When I call to say I never saw it OR got a confirmation of the delivery of the flowers, customer service called the florist and was told they did not have the flowers in picture and substituted something else. It was NOT $67.95 with of flowers. The day after the funeral, I received a confirmation that flowers were delivered. Will not use that local florist in the future and probably will not use Sympathy Store.

The premium showed 3 lillies on viewing side (assuming there would be 3 on the other side also), many roses and rose buds, a few daisies and lovely filler flowers. the flowers extended way above the handle. What I got was not even the least expensive version! a total of 2 lillies, 2 roses many small mums. and 2 sprouts of golden rod. I wish I could include my photo on this site! I choose to use this florist because it was associated with the funeral home and I expected to get what the photo showed! I was hurt and extremely embarrassed when I arrived at the funeral! NO I would never recommend you and I would appreciate a refund, or at least an adjustment to my charge. Thank you. Pat Kines

The Basket Full of Wishes was just as pretty as the picture...I was very pleased with this purchase...the only negative comment I have is that after I placed my order I wanted to add two more names to the card but was unable to edit the order...I called the funeral home the next day and they added the names...

Bright colors stand out from some of the other choices. Card was hand written and there's only so much space so don't get too wordy. I thought it was smaller than what the photo image appears and while I don't have a lower cost version to compare it with I would not want to go with anything of lesser size/quality so choose the premium version. They do make it easy to order flowers and they were delivered when promised.

The beautiful basket of yellow flowers were very great to see. We were very satisfied with this beautiful basket. It looked better than I imaged. I was happy that the family loved it too! I thought the extra $20.00 dollars charge made it cost too much. But we did it anyway.

ordered this basket with a ribbon saying "Dearest Aunt". When I got to the funeral home, saw the flowers and no ribbon was attached. Otherwise, the flowers were just like the picture.
